Thank you for visiting the Chineham Village Hall web site. The original village hall was built in the 1970s and was a small building on rather a large site which had been donated to the people of Chineham by Charles Church the original developer of the village. Since then it has become a large concern with two halls, a private members’ club together with extensive grounds housing play equipment for children of all ages, junior size football pitches and plenty of space for all.

The site is a registered charity and it is the responsibility of the Village Hall Management Committee - a group of volunteers who constantly strive to improve the facilities, there are always important projects in the pipeline as well as normal maintenance and upgrading of the halls. We are a non profit making body who carry out improvements and repairs from the revenue generated, we are not supported by any external body and major projects are funded by ourselves and any grants we are able to obtain from other sources.
